Les Vignes de Paradis Léman Quintessence Chasselas is a charming organic white wine from the stunning Savoie region. Tastes of pear, lemon and hints of pineapple over steely mineral backbone. The medium-bodied palate has a pronounced acidity and lingering finish.
100% Chasselas. The fruit for this wine comes from a négociant project, they come from vines growing in the Crépy AOC near Lake Geneva. The vines were planted in the 1990s with a western exposure and grow in glacial moraines, molasse and silt soils.
From the limestone character of Sancerre to the green, herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc of Marlborough, this style group often shows off cut grass and wet stone. Often associated with coastal regions or limestone based terroir, these wines are characterised with crisp acidity, mineraiity, citrus tones, with a hint of grassiness
WINES FROM UNIQUE REGIONS & BOUTIQUE WINERIES
Founded in 2019, we were bored with the typical Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Amarone & Moscato offerings at most bars & restaurants, and were inspired to dive deeper into the wine world!
