Fumey Chatelain Arbois Rouge No Sin Tou Tsefs 2023
The name comes from the French dialect “Nous sommes tous chefs“, which means “We’re all in charge, now let’s get on with it and drink”.
Grape Varietals & Region: Jura red blend of Ploussard (40%), Pinot Noir (40%) and Trousseau (20%). The fruit comes from various parcels grown on limestone-rich soils in Arbois in Jura, France
Taste Profile: Joyful note of wild strawberry, tart cranberry, rose hip, and damp forest floor, with a peppery lift. It’s light yet structured, with silky tannins, fine acidity, and a mineral core that supports freewheeling. Juicy, transparent, and slightly wild at the edges.
Winemaking Process: The Pinot Noir is processed using whole bunches, whilst the Poulsard and Trousseau are fully de-stemmed. Every component is vinified and aged separately, with macerations lasting approximately 20 days. This is followed by ageing in a mixture of foudre and barrel for 10 months before release.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
