Started in 1957, they expanded to have vineyards in San Polo di Piave & Roncadelle, regions in Veneto, as well as Lombardy. Their signature mark is the knotting of a branch to the neck of the bottle, to represent something precious to be safegaurded.

Italo Cescon Sauvignon Friuli Grave Il Tralcetto IGT 2022

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Sauvignon from San Foca, where vines are planted on gravel & clay soils of alluvial origin.

Taste Profile: Straw yellow with greenish hue. Deep, fresh & aromatic, with driven by fresh guava, & grapefruit notes.. Elegant & harmonious body balanced by fresh citrus calamansi & savoury pepper notes

Winemaking Process: After crushing and destemming, follows a 10 hours cryomaceration. Gentle pressing produces run juice, which ferments on selected yeasts at controlled temperature of 12° C. 4 months ageing on yeasts comes first ranking and filtration. At last 3 months bottle refining
