Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Riesling from Rheingau, Germany. Classified VDP.Erste Lage, Michelmark is a vineyard with loess loam soil with tertiary marl in the subsoil.
Taste Profile: Pure drinking pleasure. This classic Riesling Kabinett shows a fine interplay of aromas of exotic fruits, like pineapple and mango, paired with typical Riesling Acid. Lots of enjoyment with a low alcohol content.
Winemaking Process: Selected fruit is hand harvested, destemmed & crushed for several hours before pressing. Partial aging in stainless steel tank to preserve the purity of the fruit from Michelmark. After maturation on lees, for about half a year, it is bottled to retain the fruity sweet style of Kabinett
