The La Perdida O Pando Godello White Vadeorras Galicia 2021 is a delightful white wine made from 100% Godello grapes in the Vadeorras region of Galicia, Spain. The wine offers a refreshing taste profile with notes of citrus, green apple, and minerality, and a bright acidity that makes it a perfect pairing for seafood or grilled vegetables.
The winemaking process is carried out using traditional techniques, with the grapes hand-harvested and carefully selected. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks with natural yeast, and aged on the lees for six months, resulting in a rich and complex flavor profile.
