Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from Gevrey-Chambertin in the heart of Cote de Nuits in Burgundy, France. This Gevrey-Chambertin is a blend from 10 parcels, with vines averaging 50 years old

Taste Profile: Full of brambles and wild dark berries. This is a firmly structured wine, compelling and intense. The slight edgy rusticity delivers power and weight, making this a benchmark village Gevrey. Destined to evolve further in the bottle.

Winemaking Process: 70% new wood was used, with the balance being second-fill barrels
