This wine is crafted by Arnaud Baillot, a talented winemaker known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing exceptional wines.

Grape Varietals & Region: Special selection of 100% Pinot Noir grapes that come from the Cote d’Or

Taste Profile: A true reflection of the terroir of Burgundy, with its delicate yet expressive character. It offers aromas of red fruits, floral notes, and subtle hints of spices, with a refined and silky texture on the palate. The wine is well-structured, with balanced acidity and velvety tannins, making it a perfect expression of Burgundian Pinot Noir

Winemaking Process: Sustainable agriculture. Manual harvesting with grape sorting and parcel-by-parcel ripeness monitoring. Traditional fermentation of 15 days in stainless steel tank. No punching (pigeage), pumping over twice a day until the end of fermentation. Aged for 12 months in Burgundy oak (10% new oak)
