Punkista Veltlin Sauvignon Blanc de Blancs Brut NV

Grape Varietals & Region: 50% Gruner Veltliner, 50% Sauvignon Blanc from 35 year old vines grown on loess soils. Their vineyard is in Velké Bílovice, the largest wine village in Czech Republic

Taste Profile: Fresh nose of green apples and notes of freshly mowed grass. Refreshing taste with mineral complexity and great supporting acidity.

Winemaking Process: Harvest by hand, followed by pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Spontaneous fermentation & ageing in stainless steel tanks, followed by method champenoise bottle ageing, and is matured on lees for 36 months
