Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Blaufrankisch from a blend of different plots, planted primarily on loess, sand, and clay soils
Taste Profile: The idea is a friendly, energetic Blaufränkisch for everyday drinking, wine that's good and not simple but very approachable. A very personal wine in which he returns to the different stages of my journey and winemaking philosophies of the last decade
Medium bodied, with notes of blackberries, cherry, forest berries, subtle spice, light minerality, and sizzling acidity
Winemaking Process: A non-vintage blend of the the last 3 vintages. Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted by hand. Left to macerate on the skins in open vats with gentle punchdowns. Spontaneous fermentation, followed by slow pneumatic press. Aged in older 225l and 400l barrels

Same Day Delivery is possible for orders between Tuesday - Sunday, and is conditional on whether we have the wines available at our storefront. Look out for products listed here
Select "Local Delivery" shipping option upon checkout, and orders made by 6PM would be able to be delivered same day

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
