Taste Profile: Bewitching aromatic finesse with delicate threads of meadow flowers, red apple skin and ripe honeydew melon. In the mouth rich, full with layers of ripe apricot, clementines, forest honey and caramel, but kept in shape by the terrific freshness. Ridiculously complex palate, with long lasting spicy aftertaste with flavour of ginger, nutmeg and cardamom.
Winemaking Process: Hand-harvested, gentle processing, 9 months on fine lees, 100% on Slavonian oak.
A lot of the wines in this category comes generally come from higher altitude or cooler climate regions, and often have bright acidity, balanced with fruitiness that cam come with or without some level of sweetness.
They general have perfumed floral, honeyed & spice notes. For fuller bodied styles, they often have an oiliness to them
