Spier Signature Chardonnay Pinot Noir Rosé 2024
A salmon-coloured, down-to-earth rosé built for brunch, picnics and paella alike.
Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from trellised vines aged 12-16 years, grown in predominantly Malmesbury shale and Cape granite soils across the coastal zone and inland areas of South Africa's Western Cape, under a Mediterranean climate cooled by sea breezes.
Taste Profile: Elegant, unpretentious and beautifully balanced, marrying strawberry and yellow apple flavours with a crisp finish — understated flair for any occasion, from a picnic to reading in the sun.
Winemaking Process: Grapes are harvested in the early morning, gently crushed and lightly pressed at the cellar, with brief skin contact to build the wine's colour. Only the free-run juice is drained off to settle overnight, and the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are fermented together in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures of 12-14°C.
Winemaker: Spier is one of South Africa's oldest wine farms, dating back over three centuries in the Stellenbosch area, and the Signature range channels that history into approachable, everyday wines like this Chardonnay Pinot Noir Rosé, crafted for easy, unpretentious drinking.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
