Grape Varietals & Region: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon & 25% Merlot from Helan Mountain, NingXia

Taste Profile: A wine that requires decanting to expose it's charms. Rich aromas of black cherries & dried figs, with underlying spicy herbal & smoky notes. Firm & powerful tannins, with a grippy mouthfeel. A savoury finish of aged tea leaves

Winemaking Process: Grapes are hand picked & selected. They undergo cold maceration & controlled fermentation, followed by ageing in neutral French oak for 12 months. The wine is then racked & bottled
