With a focus on minimal intervention and allowing the grapes to speak for themselves, this wine offers a truly enchanting experience.
Grape Varietals & Region: The Soothsayer's Ferment is exclusively made from Cinsault grapes sourced from carefully selected vineyards in Chile's Maule Valley. Cinsault is an ancient grape variety known for its elegant and delicate characteristics, and in the hands of Garage Wine Co., it shines brightly.
Taste Profile: Prepare to be spellbound by the alluring aromas and flavors of The Soothsayer's Ferment Cinsault 2020. Dark plums, wet earth, cedar. It’s bright and sappy with redcurrant and orange zest and stony, mouth-watering acidity. It has a medium-body that draws out a round and generous palate, through red cherries and juicy tannins. Heaps of fruit but with a different architecture to many of the lighter wet-bathing-suit-on-the-terrace wines in fashion lately.
Winemaking Process: Garage Wine Co. follows a natural winemaking philosophy, working with minimal intervention to allow the grapes to express their true character. The Single Ferment Series wines include fruit from more than one parcel or vineyard site and are (co-fermented) ¨in one singular ferment ¨. All of the fruit does not enter the tank at same time. When each vineyard is ready, we simply stack on top of the fermenting tank already fermenting — one single ferment.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
