Grape Varietals & Region: This champagne comes from old vines, facing south in the heart of Mesnil, with an average age of 40 years.
Taste Profile: Beautiful attack on the palate with aromas of citrus fruits, notably grapefruit, reinforced by the minerality specific to the Mesnil terroir. This vintage will delight lovers of great champagnes with a beautiful length in the mouth.
Winemaking Process: This great wine is made without malolactic fermentation to preserve all its Chardonnay typicity and aromatic notes of praline and woody notes on the nose.
