Description

Champagne Le Brun de Neuville Millesime Extra Brut 2009

A blend of a large majority of Chardonnay, supplemented by few drops of Pinot Noir and aged in our cellars for almost a decade.

Grape Varietals & Region: 93% Chardonnay, 7% Pinot Noir from Côte de Sézanne, a 40 year old vineyard on southeast facing slopes, with clay & chalk soils

Taste Profile: Straw yellow in color. Fine effervescene, with mature fruity aromas on the nose, supplemented with yeasty notes of brioche & hazelnut.

Winemaking Process: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank, followed by malolactic fermentation in bottle, where it ages for 120 months on lees
