Gramona Gessamí Sauvignon Blanc 2025
An elegant, silky floral explosion — named for jasmine, and built to taste like a springtime walk.
Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of 50% Muscat (35% Muscat blanc à Petits Grains, 15% Muscat of Alexandria), 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Gewürztraminer, from Gramona's organically certified vineyards in Penedès, Catalunya, Spain, carrying the Catalan Council of Organic Production's (CCPAE) seal.
Taste Profile: Pale, with greenish, brilliant highlights. The bouquet recalls a springtime walk — jasmine, orange blossom, rose and chamomile in full bloom. Light-bodied and silky on the palate, with a fantastic, freshness-driving acidity. A lemon and lime citrus breeze runs through, touched by pineapple, peach and florals — a perfect balance of floral and fruity, shifting between delicate softness and a cheerful spirit.
Winemaking Process: A cold pre-fermentation maceration on the skins extracts maximum aromatic expression, followed by a soft pressing. Fermentation runs at a controlled 15°C, and cold temperatures are used to halt fermentation early, preserving six grams of residual sugar per litre.
Winemaker: Gramona has stayed in the same family's hands in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Penedès, for five generations, today led by brothers Xavier and Jaume Gramona. The family pushed the estate toward organic and biodynamic farming well ahead of most of their neighbours, and built their reputation on unusually patient, long lees-ageing — the kind of house style that turns years, not months, into the finished wine.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
