Cervoles Celler Garnatxa 2021
Mountain-grown Grenache from the man who pioneered high-altitude viticulture in the region.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Garnacha grown at around 750 metres above sea level in the Les Garrigues sub-zone of Costers del Segre, Catalonia, Spain, on gravel and loam soils under a semi-arid Mediterranean climate.
Taste Profile: Enticing aromas of ripe red berries, cherries and floral notes, with subtle hints of spice. Medium-bodied and silky-smooth on the palate, with balanced acidity and well-integrated tannins showcasing the grape in its purest expression.
Winemaking Process: Manually harvested, destemmed and cold-macerated, then fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Some of the wine remains in steel, the rest ages in 4,000-litre oak barrels.
Winemaker: Cervoles Celler was founded in 1997 by Tomás Cusiné, whose family had bought the historic Castell del Remei estate in Lleida in 1982. Cusiné was the first producer in the region to plant mountain vineyards, seeking out higher altitude sites when most local wine was still made on the low-lying plains.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
