Taste Profile: Aromas of baking spice, black fruit & cedar leap out of the glass. With the palate bursting with ripe fruit like blackberry & forest floor. You will be delighted to find firm structure and a dry finish on this wine.

Winemaking Procees: The wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for 19 months, with about 17% of the grapes going through appassimento drying.

Shouldered & Powerful Reds

Powerful modern reds with the ability to age. They tend to be very intense, with ripe fruit, firm tannins & drinkability either young or cellared.
