Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Gris from British Columbia, Canada. The fruit was picked from 3 separate lots
Taste Profile: The bouquet is characterized by high-toned citrus fruit, pear, green apple, ginger, a hint of nectarine, and a through line of salinity and spice. A fresh, energetic palate texture, good midpalate weight and flavours of white peach, lemon, lime, and green apple.
Winemaking Process: Each lot of Pinot Gris were fermented on their own in stainless steel at cool temperatures (13-15 C). After a few months of settling, portions of the three cuvées were blended for final bottling in
early Spring.
Succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone characterises these wines. Typically, they have notes of tropical fruit, and come from warmer climates. A touch of oak during the winemaking process also helps to give some softness to the wine.
Expect notes of peach, apricot, pineapples, melon & a buttery texture
