The Vice 'The Dragon' Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley, California. The legendary Clone 8 Cabernet Sauvignon - thought to have snuck into the US in a suitcase from France - found refuge in the foothills of Mount Veeder, at an elevation of 800 feet where the daily Pacific Ocean fog kept it hidden.

Taste Profile: Clone 8 Cabernet Sauvignon is known for its deep color, potent tannins and sound structure. The most versatile Cab to savor either young or with age.

The Vice's most fiery cab, with so much depth and potency. Color so deep and intense, reminiscent of dragon’s blood.Impossible to see through it, the rich colour allures to a very elegant wine in your glass.Take a sniff, the dragon roars with aromas of stewed plum, fig and bayberries that are at once pungent and youthful.

Winemaking Process: Harvested at night & fermented with native yeasts, it spends 8 months in new French oak barrels, followed by bottle ageing before release
