Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Petit Syrah from old vines planted on a hillside vineyard at the south eastern edge of Napa valley. Volcanic soil from the Mt George and the microclimate of the nearby Suisun Bay make the vineyard a serene spot for organic and dry farming viticulture.
Taste Profile: Inky, dense and highly aromatic with highlights of huckleberry and violets. Potent and rich with bold personality, the huge mouthfeel offers layers of blueberry wrapped around velvety smooth tannins. The finish goes on and on.
Winemaking Process: 18 months of ageing in French oak, of which 30% are new
