Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from 3 vineyards across California. The wines come from Rutherford on sandy-clay loan soil, Oakville, and Suisun Valley, whose massive diurnal temperature swings provide massive flavour concentration
Taste Profile: Seductive and inviting aromas of spearmint, melon, kiwi and quince. Medium body with impressive depth on the palate. Persistent flavors of Meyer lemon and ginger with notes of pear, verbena and Italian basil. Excellent harmony of flavors from start to finish, perfectly balanced
Winemaking Process: The grapes were gently pressed as whole clusters and fermented in neutral French oak barrels. The wine was aged on its lees in a combination of concrete eggs, neutral oak barrels and stainless steel for 5 months with monthly stirring

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
