Au Bon Climat Santa Barbara County Chardonnay 2022
Grape Varietal & Region: 100% Chardonnay from Santa Barbara in California, USA. Coming from a blend of 5 vineyards
Taste Profile: Flavors and aromas of citrus and stone fruit, are finished with a beautiful lemon/lime zest note. The flinty, stony aromas stand out, while in the background is an intriguing spice note of clove and nutmeg from sur lie barrel aging.
Winemaking Process: After harvesting, the grapes are whole cluster pressed, and juice is quickly settled, chilled, and put to barrel. Barrel fermentation and malolactic fermentation are completed. The following summer the lots are blended and wine bottled. Sur lie barrel aging in somewhat neutral François Frères barrels for 8 months provides an intriguing spice note of clove and nutmeg

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
