Domaine Mas del Perié Fabien Jouves VDF Grape Invaders 2021

Grape Varietals & Region: A unique blend of Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Tannat from Cahors, France. The fruit is rown on Kimmeridgean limestone soils.

Taste Profile: On the palate, it presents bright acidity and juicy blackberry notes, perfectly balanced by herbaceous and earthy flavors. A complex and well-structured wine, it pairs perfectly with rich dishes.

Winemaking Process: Natural vinification with whole bunch maceration. The fruit macerates for 30 days in concrete vats, followed by a further maturation in concrete tanks for 6 months
