Taste Profile: A surprisingly intense yet light Chardonnay, with lively acidity balancing citrus and fruit flavours. It ends with a gentle nutty finish from the oak, without the usual buttery taste you might expect from a Chardonnay.
Winemaking Process: The fruit is whole bunch pressed and fermented in 500Litre casks-puncheons, and aged for 12 months following ferment
Succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone characterises these wines. Typically, they have notes of tropical fruit, and come from warmer climates. A touch of oak during the winemaking process also helps to give some softness to the wine.
Expect notes of peach, apricot, pineapples, melon & a buttery texture
