Description

Bojador Wine Vinho Branco Reserva 2022

Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Antão Vaz, Rabo de Ovelha and Arinto from Alentejo, Portugal

Taste Profile: Golden color, quite mineral on the nose, which exposes it´s origin terroir. The barrel is discrete and involving the whole quite well. Great mouth volume and remarkable freshness.

Aromas of honey and marmalade, alongside earthy and mineral notes. Full bodied with a creamy palate and a fresh finish. A wonderfully delicious example of natural orange wine. Made with Perrum, Roupeiro, Rabo de Ovelha and Manteudo.

Winemaking Process: Manual harvesting. In the winery, the grapes were selected on a vibrating sorting table, and destemmed with a light crushing of the berry. Fermentation took place in 500L french oak barrels. Aged in French oak barrels for 9 months
