Eugenio Collavini Sauvignon Blanc Fumat DOC 2021

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Collio region of Friuli-Venezia Guilla, Italy

Taste Profile: A pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections introduces varietal and mineral notes to the nose, never cloying. Immediate hints of yellow pepper leaf, sage and melon. In the mouth it seduces with a freshness, a fullness and a persistence that combine well with the typical aroma of this wine.

Winemaking Process: The fermentation, in steel at a strictly controlled temperature, lasts approximately two weeks, then the refinement on the yeasts takes place until complete maturation.
