Taste profile: The wine is deep ruby in color with purple reflections. Very rich on the nose with hints of red fruit, crushed blueberries, Marasca cherries in alcohol, balsamic and jam aromas. Powerful and incisive, clean, savoury with the fine acidity that is the mark of the land of Benaco.
Winemaking process: The grapes are harvested by hand, and the wine is aged for 14 months in oak barrels before bottling. This gives it a great depth of flavor and complexity.
