Arianna Occhipinti SP68 Nero d'Avola e Frappato 2021

Named after the road Strada Provinciale 68, that leads to the vineyards. Cool and pleasant, with a delicate taste that it brings the flavour of the sun and the freshness of this land.

Grape Varietals & Region: 70% Frappato, 30% Nero d'Avola from Sicily, Italy. 

Taste Profile: Floral, scented, pure, with raspberry blossoms, violets, dark cherry, herbs and anise across whisper fine, spiderwerb-strong tannins and brightened with crunchy acidity.

Winemaking Process: Maceration and fermentation with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks of 30 hl for 15 days with daily pumping over and punching. Aging 6 months in concrete vats & 1 month in bottle, unfiltered
