Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu, Carcaghjolu Neru from Corsica, France. The vineyard, placed on a geological fault, is made up of many soils.
Taste Profile: Bright ruby in colour, the nose reveals rich and delightful aromas of ripe cherry and wild red fruits with a hint of green pepper. Blackberry, plum and spicy aromas meld seamlessly with peppers and spicy notes. Overall, it falls complex on the palate the finishes are wonderfully smooth, fresh and long.
Winemaking Process: Made with extended skin contact, indigenous yeast fermentation in temperature-controlled, neutral vessels with a proportion of whole bunch in 40-hectolitre oak casks

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
