Fujimaru "Farmer's" Chardonnay 2021
A rare 1,200-bottle Chardonnay from one of Japan's most inventive urban wineries.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% hand-selected Chardonnay grown in Yamanashi, Japan's historic wine-growing prefecture.
Taste Profile: A clean and bright yellow hue, with notes of ripe apples and tropical fruits on the nose. Refreshing acidity on the palate, with a delicate balance between fruity sweetness and mineral complexity.
Winemaking Process: Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit's natural flavours and aromas. Only 1,200 bottles were produced.
Winemaker: Fujimaru is a pioneering urban winery founded by Tomofumi Fujimaru, with wineries in Osaka and Tokyo and its own vineyards in Osaka Prefecture. Alongside its home-grown fruit, Fujimaru sources hand-selected grapes from growers in Yamanashi, applying the same natural, minimal-intervention approach across both.

Same Day Delivery is possible for orders between Tuesday - Sunday, and is conditional on whether we have the wines available at our storefront. Look out for products listed here
Select "Local Delivery" shipping option upon checkout, and orders made by 6PM would be able to be delivered same day

Otherwise, we provide a cheaper Standard Delivery option that would have your wines delivered within 3 business days

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
