Antica Formula is a versatile ingredient that can be used in a variety of cocktails, including the classic Negroni and Manhattan. It has won numerous awards and accolades over the years, including a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Grape Varietals & Region: White wines from selected Italian grape varieties from the Romagna, Puglia and Sicily regions, processed within 24 hours of receiving to prevent oxidation
Taste profile: Antica Formula has a deep amber color and a complex aroma of herbs and spices. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, with a complex flavor profile that includes notes of vanilla, caramel, and bitter herbs. It has a slightly sweet finish that is balanced by a bitter aftertaste.
Winemaking process: Antica Formula is a red vermouth made in Italy. It is a classic and historic vermouth that has been produced since 1786. The recipe for Antica Formula is based on a blend of over 30 different herbs and spices, including vanilla, saffron, and wormwood. The vermouth is aged for over a year in oak casks, which imparts a rich and complex flavor to the finished product.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
