Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from the Nova Zagora PDO of Thracian Valley, Bulgaria
Taste Profile: Straw-yellow colour with golden nuances. Fine bubbles in a persistent stream. Intense, elegant and fine, the nose shows fruity aromas (grapefruit, lemon and white fruits), salvia and brioche in the finish. Complex, fine, fresh, dry, intense and pleasant. Very good balance between nose and taste.
Winemaking Process: Traditional Champagne method winemaking, aged for a minimum of 24 months on the lees
