DeLoach Vineyards Estate Pinot Noir 2021
Eight clones, one Huichica clay loam estate, and the fullest expression of Russian River terroir DeLoach makes.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from DeLoach's estate in California's Russian River Valley, planted on Huichica clay loam across eight blocks with a unique combination of clones and rootstocks — 115, 828, Swan, La Tâche, Calera, Mt. Eden, 777 and 23.
Taste Profile: Aromas of raspberry and candied orange peel with hints of anise. Luscious flavours of strawberry, Santa Rosa plum and ripe cherry, balanced by an earthy note of black tea and a hint of baking spice.
Winemaking Process: Each of the eight estate clones is fermented in individual lots with native yeasts in open-top fermenters, basket-pressed and aged on lees before being blended together to showcase the estate's full range of expression.
Winemaker: DeLoach Vineyards was founded in 1975 by Cecil and Christine DeLoach, who discovered the Russian River Valley's rare dry-farming potential and championed the appellation on their labels years before it earned official AVA status in 1983. Since the Boisset family took over in 2003, the estate vineyard has been farmed organically and Biodynamically, with the Estate Pinot Noir standing as the fullest showcase of that single-site terroir.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
