Founded by a single Macedonian family in 1991, on 400 hectares in a region most wine drinkers have never heard of — Ovče Pole.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Viognier grown by Ezimit in the Ovče Pole ("Sheep's Field") region of North Macedonia — one of seven micro-locations the family-owned winery farms across more than 400 hectares. Viognier isn't native here, but it's found a comfortable home in Macedonia's warm, continental climate, holding onto the grape's signature perfume even as Rhône Valley yields shrink under climate pressure.
Taste Profile: Light yellow in the glass, with an elegant floral lift of blossom and stone fruit. On the palate, ripe apple, peach and honey unfold against vibrant, refreshing acidity — a wine built for warm-weather drinking, and a natural match for Singapore's seafood and spice-forward cooking.
Winemaking Process: Fermented and matured to preserve the grape's aromatic intensity, with careful temperature control across Ezimit's modern production facility keeping the wine fresh and fruit-forward rather than heavy or oxidative.
Winemaker: Ezimit was founded in 1991 as a 100% family-owned winery in the Ovče Pole ("Sheep's Field") region of North Macedonia, with its modern production facility established in 1994. Today it farms more than 400 hectares across seven micro-locations, cultivating over 30 grape varieties — from indigenous Balkan icons like Vranec and Kratošija to international names like Viognier, Chardonnay and Merlot. It's become one of the country's most technologically advanced wineries, built on the idea that Macedonia's warm, continental terroir deserves the same seriousness as its better-known neighbours.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
