Stefan Vetter Sylvaner "Steinterrassen" Muschelkalk 2019
Whole-cluster pressed straight into old barrels, with no maceration and no added sulphur.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Sylvaner from the Steinterrassen vineyard in Germany's Franconia region, grown on Muschelkalk soils rich in limestone and fossilised shells.
Taste Profile: Textured and powerful, a true reflection of its terroir. Delicate floral aromas mingle with ripe stone fruit and a touch of citrus zest. Vibrant acidity on the palate, with green apple, pear and white peach, showing both depth and finesse through a long, mineral-driven finish.
Winemaking Process: Hand-harvested grapes are whole-cluster pressed without maceration or crushing, going directly into old, neutral barrels. The wine is topped up in barrel but not sulphured, racked only once, then bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal SO2.
Winemaker: Stefan Vetter is a highly regarded winemaker devoted to organic and biodynamic viticulture in Franconia, working with minimal intervention to let the character of the grape and terroir shine through. His commitment to quality and authenticity has earned him recognition as one of the region's top producers.

Same Day Delivery is possible for orders between Tuesday - Sunday, and is conditional on whether we have the wines available at our storefront. Look out for products listed here

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
