Description
Ota Shuzo Yuzushu 720ML
Region: Shiga
Classification: Unfiltered Yuzu Liquer
Alcohol: 7.4%
The Ota brewing family traces its ancestry back to 15th-century samurai-poet-monk Ota Dohkan, the architect of Edo Castle, after whom the sakes are named.
An unfiltered yuzu sake made by blending 10 years old aged junmai sake with yuzu and a modest amount of sugar. A refreshingly tart aperitif that is complex and not too sweet.

Ota Shuzo
Ota Shuzo was created by the ancestors of the 15th century Samurai warrior-poet and military tactician Sukenaga Ota (1432-1486). When Sukenaga Ota also became a Buddhist monk, he adopted the Buddhist name Dohkan
