Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from the Savigny-les-Beaune AOC in Cote de Beaune, Burgundy. The climat of "Les Goudelettes" is a tiny, 0.25-hectare plot owned entirely by Bastien, located on the high-altitude plateau directly overlooking the village of Savigny, making it nearly the highest vineyard plot in the entire appellation
The parcel features old vines planted in 1969, giving the juice natural concentration, complexity, and structural depth
Taste Profile: Elegant and highly aromatic, showcasing a blend of red and black fruits—sour cherries, wild strawberries, and raspberries—accented by hints of bramble, liquorice, and earthy herbs
Lean, crunchy, and bright. It features immense vertical acidity balanced by silky, incredibly well-integrated tannins. It leaves a characteristically crisp, saline, and mineral finish
Winemaking Process: The grapes are partially de-stemmed and fermented using ambient yeasts in small 15 HL stainless steel tanks. Maceration is kept relatively short with minimal punch-downs (pigeage) to avoid over-extracting harsh tannins
The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. He avoids dominating the fruit profile, using an extremely tiny percentage of new oak (mostly neutral, older barrels)

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
