Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Gamay from Beaujolais, France. Located in Lancie, just outside the Fleurie appellation
Taste Profile: Light, juicy & fruit-forward, the nose is dominated by aromas of red cherry, strawberry, and raspberry. On the palate, high acidity and a distinct mineral side that balances the ripe fruit
Winemaking Process: Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo semi-carbonic maceration as whole bunches. This is done in fibreglass tanks that rotates on its axis, encouraging textural richness without harsh pump-overs
The wine is aged for roughly 6 to 10 months in a combination of old oak barrels and tanks

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
