Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Cabernet France from a collection of 3 vineyards in Chinon in the Loire Valley, France
The vineyards come from the Pressoir with silica-clay soils, the lowlands of Cravant-Les-Côteaux with pebbly and sandy earth, alluvial terraces, and from the municipality of L’île Bouchard, with gravel limestone soil
Taste Profile: This quintessential thirst-quenching wine boasts a lovely vivacity of fruit, with a very intense nose of small red berries. Red fruit notes of cherry and strawberry. Earthy notes of smoke and minerals. Spice notes of pepper, licorice, and cinnamon.
Winemaking Process: Hand harvested & destemmed, the wine is vinified using indigenous yeasts, and is aged in concrete

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
