Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from Burgundy, France. Sourced from 60-year-old vines on the plateau above Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges, this wine is known for balancing the freshness of its high-altitude terroir with the structured depth typical of the Côte de Nuits
Taste Profile: Very fragrant with notes of ripe raspberry, wild strawberry, and fresh cherry, complemented by hints of violet, peony, and a light stony minerality. Dry and medium-bodied with a "crunchy" red fruit profile. It features vivid acidity and moderately grippy tannins, providing a more serious structure than many basic Burgundies. Savory and saline with a long aftertaste of tart cranberry and subtle earthiness
Winemaking Process: Fully destemmed grapes; fermented in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts; aged for approximately 12–14 months in older French oak barrels and foudres (no new oak).

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
