Grape Varietals & Region: Blend of 34% Pinotage, 31% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Shiraz from Stellenbosch, South Africa
Taste Profile: Fresh dark fruit and spicy aromas upon entry. A well-balanced wine with soft round tannins and a pleasant finish. Pairs well with matured steaks, springbok medallions, and Oryx fillet
Winemaking Process: Grapes were picked at optimum ripeness. Made in open fermenters on the skins for 5-8 days at an average temperature of 26°C. Punching of the cap was done every 2 hours to extract good colour and flavours from the
grapes. After malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine aged in French oak for 12 months.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
