Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Nebbiolo from Valtellina in Lombardy, Italy. Sourced from the "Söl" (meaning "soil" in local dialect) single vineyard, featuring terraced slopes on sandy soils rich in granite and quartz
Taste Profile: Born from the homonym vineyard of Barbacàn winery and aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It has perfumes of small red fruits, violets, flowers, pepper and wild spices. Also on the palate it is very typical, fresh, spicy and quite tannic.
Winemaking Process: Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. Without filtrations. Aging 12 months in big oak barrels and tonneaux

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
