Weingut Esterhazy Sankt Georgen Merlot 2018
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Merlot from Sankt Georgen in Burgenland, Austria. From vines up to 40 years old, grown primarily on limestone & mica schist soils
Taste Profile: Intense, opaque ruby red, fruity and spicy on the nose with aromas of blackberries, cassis and black berries, dark chocolate and some graphite, dark fruits on the palate, tannins are pleasantly soft and perfectly integrated, the aftertaste is incredibly complex and long.
Winemaking Process: Selected grapes were fermented on the mash for 18 days in wooden fermentation racks at around 20 degrees Celsius and then aged in tonneaux and barriques for 18 months. This is followed by bottle aging for at least 6 months.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
