Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Antou Vaz from Alentejo, Portugal
Taste Profile: Citrine in colour with a strong aroma of minerality and hints of flint. Full mouth, with excellent acidity providing an intense freshness; a relevant unctuosness with a long, structured ending.
Winemaking Process: Manual harvest into 12kg crates in the early hours of the 2nd and 3rd of September. After a 12-hour cold pellicular maceration, fermentation lasted 20 days at a controlled temperature in new French oak barrels. After the fermentation period, the wine underwent a daily "bâtonnage" for a period of five months.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
