Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Chenin Blanc & Palomino from Swartland, South Africa.
The fruit is planted on limestone soils on a chalky substratum, 2.4 Hectares divided between the Dwarskerbos, Eland Bay and Santa Helena Bay vineyards, vines planted in 1946, altitude 30 metres, warm Mediterranean climate with 300 mm of rain per year.
Taste Profile: Straw-yellow colour, silvery tints, shiny disk. Concentrated and delicious, it offers scents of lime, citrus juice and iodine, complemented by a fine saline minerality. Vibrant, textured attack, with pleasantly zesty aromas, lovely aroma and flawless balance, long, subtly iodized and salty finish.
Winemaking Process: Pressed in a vertical wooden press for 3 hours, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in tuns, unfiltered, unfined wine. Matured for 12 months in old Acacia and oak tuns

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
