Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from the Volnay appellation of Burgundy, France. The vfruit comes from a collection of premier cru parcels planted on predominantly clay & silt, with some limestone from the Chanlins
Taste Profile: This has a well-defined and very pure bouquet with small red cherries and crushed strawberry fruit, light rose petal aromas filtering through. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, quite candied in quality with orange zest and strawberry pastilles. Just a delicious, easy-drinking wine that will be difficult to resist in its youth.
Winemaking Process: The fruit is sorted, and then crushed & put in vats for fermentation. It is then transferred to barrels for maturation for 12 months.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
