Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Chardonnay, Prensal, Giro & Parellada from the vineyards of Camí de Felanitx, Es Monjos, Son Godai, Son Orellet, Son Porquer, Son Vinater. The wine comes from Mallorca, Spain
Taste Profile: The notes of white fruits like apple and pear appear first, then giving way to sweeter sensations reminiscent of peach or melon, with a slight hint of cocoanut. In the mouth it is well-rounded, meaty, long and persistent, with a finish that is full but fresh.
Winemaking Process: Sincronia Blanc is the sum of various winemaking techniques. On one hand, pre-fermentation maceration of the Premsal Blanc grapes, and then direct pressing of the grapes from the youngest Chardonnay and Parellada vines, between 10 and 40 years old. The fruit ferments separately, and is then blended & matured on fine lees until bottling

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
