Lindquist Central Coast Syrah 2019
Grape Varietals & Region: Syrah dominant blended with 8% Tempranillo, 2% Grenache and 2% Viognier. The fruit comes from cool climate vineyards in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. The Syrah comes primarily from Bien Nacido in the Santa Maria Valley, Shokrian Vineyard in the Cat Canyon area of Los Alamos, Mesa Verde Vineyard in the Los Olivos District and Martian Ranch in the Alisos Canyon AVA.
Taste Profile: Bold, powerful, detailed and delicious. A great Syrah-forward red blend. This wine exhibits traditional black pepper and spice together with clean, mild tannins and fresh, balanced acidity.
Winemaking Process: The various lots were fermented separately in small open top fermenters with manual punch downs twice daily. These fermenters range in size from 1.5 to 4.5 ton capacity. Some of the Syrah lots had some whole clusters, but for the most part the grapes were de-stemmed.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
