Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Gewurztraminer from the Gols commune of Burgenland, Austria. Gols is part of the larger Burgenland region in easternmost Austria, which enjoys a very warm climate defined by the Pannonian Plain to the east and the Lake. The Traminer grapes used for making wine are grown on loamy granite soils of a tiny biodynamic site with an area of 0.25 hectares. The average age of the vines is 18 years
Taste Profile: Golden amber in color, with an amazingly expressive Traminer bouquet of roses, nutmeg, & very ripe fruit. Smooth & refreshing on the palate, with nice acidity, pithy tannins & good length
Winemaking Process: Traminer grapes are handpicked, destemmed and macerated with skins for 8-10 days, then pressed and transported to old barriques after the fermentation finishes to rest for 6-8 months. Unfiltered, unfined, minimal sulphur added

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
